We recognize how important it is that your response forms be up and running at all times. For registered customers, we offer 24-hour phone and email support, with a guaranteed response time of one hour for urgent requests, day or night.
Our software is designed such that nearly all reporting tasks can be performed by you without any intervention from us. We are, however, very interested in feedback on how we can improve our tools, or meet specific needs for your agency. We are dedicated to introducing new features as needed, and we provide a high-priority feedback link for registered customers. We'll always respond to new feature requests, so please let us know!
Regarding backups and data security: while our entire system is backed up to magnetic tape nightly, that's not good enough for us -- after all, a lot of valuable customer information can be captured over 24 hours. So we remotely back up the contents of our customer databases every hour to two separate locations, just to make sure we've got every contingency covered.
Our service doesn't currently support secure socket layer connections, as it's not intended to be a transactional system, so don't ask your customers to send their credit card information. However, we do enforce high security on the data in the system itself -- so you don't have to worry about your lead data being viewed by anyone to whom you haven't granted permission.
